Quicksilver(QS) is an absolutely gorgeous (dare I say "stunning?") Modern Medium Silver Grey male. His beautiful fiber has won him judges’ praise with such comments as “great fleece product,” “so uniform for color,” “quite bright,” “fleece is bright,” “high degree of substance and locks,” “soft hand,” “beautiful crimp style,” “beautiful brightness.” His 10 month and 23 month histograms are consistent and essentially statistically the same, maintaining a 19.4 AFD (at 23 months)/ 20 AFD (at 10 months) and a 23 CV (at 23 months) and 21.6 (at 10 months). We are proud to say that Quicksilver’s soooooo soft fiber from both years’ clip will be going to Our Back 40 to be used in their incredible yarn. Regarding QS’s over all style, one judge called him “a stellar young male with a great head style,” another “liked his style in profile.” They all agree that he is “robust.” He has a perfect bite, and spot on conformation.
